Welcome to the Training Center!
Introduction
Here you will find a specially curated series of drills designed to test and enhance your shooting skills. Our drills focus on targeting specific skills, such as improving movement, throttle control, and transitions. This training is structured to help you build a solid foundation to become a proficient shooter through comprehensive shooting practice.
The Concept of the "Scoring Diamond"
To organize our training center, we’ve identified three key categories: Stress, Speed, and Accuracy. We’ve developed a relative scoring system for each category, helping you identify which drills to focus on based on their impact on specific skills.
Stress
Shooting under stress is one of the most crucial skills to refine. Our stress score is based on the amount of movement required in the drill. A score of 0 indicates no stress (movement), while a score of 10 reflects maximum stress (movement).
Speed
Speed is not just about looking impressive; it is a vital skill to improve. Relative scores compare the average par time for each drill. A score of 0 means a drill won’t challenge your speed, while 10 indicates maximum speed stress.
Accuracy
Being quick and stress-resilient means little if you can’t hit your target. Accuracy is fundamental and pertains to shot placement on various target sizes and distances. A score of 0 represents larger targets (e.g., 18 inches), while 10 represents smaller, more challenging targets (e.g., 6 inches), factored along with distance.
